thanks for your reply and sorry to take so long to reply to you. I too find that CPAP is little help but I think I need a full mask rather than the nasal one I wear as I do breathe through my mouth. I'm having another sleep study done this Friday so hopefully the results will shed some more light on the problem. I know I have hypopnea but it has got worse over the last year and my boyfriend says I snore quite a bit now. I think it's the snoring waking me up. Depending on the results of the study I may try LAUP or UPPP surgery if doc thinks it will help.
