I'd know a sham CPAP in a minute! I dwouldn't be fooed by a lot of oise, or some blowing. The sham CPAP has to blow just enough air to clear out the exhaled CO2. The problem is that even this much could result in a real rather than placebo effect. Presumably, newbies wouldn't know the difference. I really think that I would have.
