Sleep Study

Posted by Sleepy Sue on March 04, 2005 at 13:54:29:

Hey all! I am new to this whole thing. I just had a sleep study last night! Wow, what a rough night! I barely slept at all! Of course you all know all about that. Obviously, I haven't gotten any results back yet but I did have a question I wanted to throw out there. The sleep technician told me when I was preparing to leave that I did not have sleep apnea. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. She did say that I stopped breathing and those episodes were recorded and I would have to wait and talk to my doctor. Any ideas what this could mean? Thanks.
