Try starting the heater on your humidifier before you turn on the CPAP. It will heat for 15 minutes by itself, giving you a headstart on the warmth. Also your room sounds a little cold, although I know that's a personal preference. I keep mine at 68. Usually the air doesn't really feel warm; it just feels comfortable -- although once in awhile it still feels cold.
