I've never used nasal pillows, but I've heard complaints about them. I use something fairly new which is similar to pillows and is great. It's called a SNAPP and is a soft plastic piece that rests on your upper lip and extends slightly into your nostrils. Very little leaking, comfortable, doesn't block your vision like a nose mask. Some day you might want to try one. At least it doesn't have pieces that can fall out of your nose.
