Moaning While Sleeping

Posted by 836digger on February 24, 2005 at 10:16:49:

Within the past month, my wife has said that I began moaning in my sleep. It wakes her us several times a night and she cannot get a good night's sleep because of it. When she wakes me up, I will stop for a while, but then I begin to moan again. This started soon after a slight case of strep throat that I had, which I still have a slight cough from. I have also had a lot of job-related stress this past month. Could any of this be related? Is this a sign of sleep apnea? I am a 25 year old, otherwise healthy male. Please help.
