I'm not really a newbie as I've made several attempts at adjusting to CPAP over the last several years. I feel like I'm making some progress because I've made it completely through the night 2 or 3 times now. I started this latest attempt about two weeks ago. I have a oouple of concerns. I've been taking Nasarel again and have been able to fall asleep alright for the most part. But morning congestion is pretty bad, my eyes feel very sore as well. I really don't think I'm getting any leakage around my eyes, but even if I was, I'm not sure how that contributes as your eyes are closed. I'm going to talk with my doc re the morning congestion, but what's working for you? Anyone else have the same problem with their eyes? How long before I should feel a marked difference upon waking in the morning. Thanks very much for this forum.
