Hi,

It is a pressure sore. Loosen the mask.

I have learned that a tighter bottom strap and a looser forehead strap are the answer.

When you crank the forehead strap too tight it is like giving yourself a bed sore on your nose bridge. Too much pressure in the samse spot for an extended period.

I suggest all people get fully trained by CPAP experts (medical device suppliers) and avoid some of the initial pitfalls.
