I have Respironics Remstar Plus with the heated humidifier, which makes a huge difference. Had to pay out of pocket and am willing to spend what it takes to get this all to work out as well as it can. Alarm feature sounds possibly helpful though I don't think the Remstar Plus has one.

I just left a voicemail with my DME to get a fitting for a ffm.
