I just started using a Cflex machine. I have been waking up with a soaking wet nose (under my mask) I lowered the humidifier slowly every night down to the lowest # but still getting up wet. Resp therapist said maybe I should use nose pillows. Can I use nose pillows if I have a setting at 12? I heard that 12 was too high for nose pillows. I am also getting all stuffed up and feel like I have a sinus infection from this thing. any help? thank you
