I'm afraid if you have the humidifier at the lowest setting, you're not getting sufficient humidity and that is the cause of getting all stuffed up. You need to be using over half the water in the chamber every night.
1. Buy or make an insulating sleeve for the hose that connects to the mask.
2. Have the humidifier lower than your head so condensate runs back into the water chamber. This works for many people.
