I would start with your weight first. I would tolerate the Auto/Cpap as it is right now, and try to shed some pounds. If you are too tired to "hit the gym", then try a diet like the South Beach, or Atkins like derivitive. These diets let you lose weight even when abundant exercise is not available to you. Also have a complete physical, have your thyroid checked for hypothyroid. Have an ENT check out those sinuses to check for obstruction, which, if fixed (if obstructed), could make you much more tolerant of the CPAP and quite possible lower you required pressure.
