Central apneas are times when your body stops breathing WITHOUT evidence that your airway is obstructed. Probably nothing to be concerned with if they don't happen too often, or when they do happen, they don't last long.

I would advise you to go over ALL your sleep results with your doctor and not just the tech at the lab. You have NOT provided enough information in your post to give anyone here on the forum reason to guess how bad your central apneas are.
