Yes, my unit does have a heated humidifier. You know how your nose itches just when you can't possibly itch it - like in the dentists chair or when someone is taking your picture... Or is that just me??? I'm thinking that I'm just panic-ing and making the sensation worse because I CAN'T itch it. I'm definately not used to the mask yet - I can't wear it all night long yet. My health care company that provides the CPAP thinks that my nose is being irritated by a leak, but there doesn't seem to be any. The mask is silent and relatively comfortable except for the itch!
