I use to have the same sensation. It would happen just when I would get comfortable and my nose would itch. Of course I would have to lift my mask and scratch. It goes away after a while. I hardly ever have my nose itch anymore. What I did have happen was the small hairs on my nose would feel like they were swaying in the breeze. LOL I think it was a new way to make me lift my mask.
