I tried everything to keep my mouth closed, I eventually ended getting a full face mask and am very happy with it. As for the mask leaking while sleeping on your side, I had to adjust my pillow so it still supports my head but isn't in contact with my mask. My pillow was too fluffy so I shook the pillow down into the pillow case and then closed up the pillow case with a rubber band to keep it shorter and plump. Hope you find a solution to the sleep position
