It’s definitely worth repeating.

It would be helpful to make sequence rules for using CPAP. Always put on mask and engage machine before lying down to sleep. Do not remove the mask or disengage the machine until sitting up or standing up.

Follow this sequence even for potty trips. Sometimes, it’s easier not to remove the mask for potty visits. However, still make sure that you’re sitting or standing up before you disconnect the hose, and do not lie down until it is reconnected.
