If you were titrated correctly and your mask is not leaking, your apneas should be minimal (less than 5 per hour), or in the best case, eliminated.

You can try using a chin strap to help keep your mouth closed during the night. That might be enough to do the trick. If it doesn't, and you tend to open your mouth a lot during the night, then yes, you might be better off with a full face mask.
