It is not unusual to have obstructive, central and mixed apneas. A mixed apnea is simply an apnea that is part central (usuallythe beginning part), and then when you start to try to breathe again, there is an obstruction, causing the apnea to end as an obstructive.

I'm not sure what you mean by "episodes of central apnea apart from the others", but apneas can be positional (ex. you are more likely to have obstructives while on your back), and respiratory events can also be stage dependant (ex. REM related breathing disorders). One of these things may explain why you might have had different events at different times of the night.
