I have been using the Breeze Sleepgear nasal pillows for the past 4 months and love them. I can sleep in any position - even on my stomach as long as I'm at the edge of the pillow. Just be sure to wash the pillows after every use in mild dish soap (not liquid hand soap - I have a horror story about that).
