trouble turning over

Posted by jcard on July 06, 2005 at 15:15:44:

Since I got my equipment, I'm sleeping a solid 5 hours, but no more. I start on one side, and after 5 hours, I need to move. But I can't. It doesn't matter if I fall asleep on my left or my right. I'm restrained by the mask, hose, etc., and once I wake up, I can't get back to sleep. Anyone have any suggestions to make it easier to turn over without waking up?
