Ultra Mirage II Discontinuation

Hi,
I have the Ultra Mirage II Full Face mask and was checking out their website. It stated that the Ultra Mirage II was being discontinued. Does anyone know why and should I consider the first Ultra Mirage or another mask? I appreciate any input.
