If you need humidification, the F&P CPAP's are the samllest combined units. If you don't need humidification, you can get some that are smaller. If it's any help, I've taken my F&P HC-201 to nine countries on four continents over the last six years. This includes airport transfers, bus trips, and train rides. In addition to hotels, I've used it on an ocean liner, and a river boat.
