Lately I've had the easiest time moving around in bed in my 5 years on CPAP. I keep my CPAP on a stool on the floor near the foot of the bed. The hose enters the bed about where my knees are and attaches to my Nasalaire II nasal pillows on my chest. This allows me to sleep on my back or on either side very easily. Before I switched to the Nasalaire II, I used the Ultra Mirage and since the hose connected to it at my forehead, I used a SwingArm to suspend the hose over me. The SwingArm attached to the back of the mattress and moved with me when I slept. It is available in the Sleep Mall. I hope this helps.
