Is new sleep study important?

Posted by potbelly43 on July 12, 2005 at 13:54:17:

I was diagnosed with severe OSA late in May. I have heard it is wise to get another study done at eight weeks. Is this important to do? I have my machine with a heated humidifier, etc. and use a nasal mask. Do I bring that with me?
I started out feeling much better, but the last two weeks have been bad again. Last night I couldn't go to sleep until well after midnight and today I am exhausted. Any help will be appreciated.
