It was somewhere between US$1200 and US$1500 last year. That was for a lab test. A doctor's wisit will run you about $100. A second lab test for CPAP titration will cost as much again.

If you're diagnosed with severe SA, you can probably have your second test in Canada, based on this diagnosis.

You might want to look at a third country option, such as Mexico, Argentina, or Cuba.
