The tonsil and nose surgeries you went through don't often cure apnea, even if it is mild. If you feel you're running out of options, you can look back through the archives on the NON-CPAP forum for discussion and information on dental appliances. A dental appliance used in conjunction with a CPAP can have an additive effect and might be better than CPAP alone. Dental appliances work on the base of the tongue and bring it slightly forward. There are surgeries out there that move the jaw and tongue forward. These surgeries often have better outcomes than the throat and nose surgeries you tried. Using a dental appliance can give the results of jaw surgery without actually going through with it.
