This makes me wonder if the criteria for a diagnosis of osa should be based mainly on the ahi index.
Many have posted similar results and not put on pap.
I would think the 02 saturation should be a very integral part of an diagnosis and the goal be to restore O2 levels irrespective of ahi.
Any techs or those more knowledgeable her chime in on this.
02 definitely needs to be above 85%.
