I have OSA and Fibromyalgia. Treatment with CPAP reduced Fibro symtoms but did not cure the Fibro. In the last five years of sleep studies, I have never recorded stage 3 and stage 4 sleep. Research is now saying that this is associated with Fibromyalgia. Talk to your doctor about this next time you see him and see what he has to say.
