I appreciate your posts, thank you. I've already seen 3 different sleep docs and none disagree with the diagnosis. I'm waiting to see an ENT doc to help with nasal obstruction (a very noticeable deviated septum)which made sleeping with nasal cpap impossible. I also can't stand full masks and I would like to use nasal pillows. Hopefully the ENT will also examine my entire upper airway for any other problems that may be contributing to the OSA. Surgery may be well worth it for me in the future but I am determined to give cpap a fair trial before I do that.
