Questions such as this are very difficult to answer due to the very subjective nature of DMEs and is the same for docs.
One person may be very happy and the next may be very unhappy.
Both are kinda like a box of chocolates, you never know what you get.
It may also depend on the particular tech you get. Same here.
One observation is that there are many very poorly trained techs. You ask them about the best mask or any question and they reply what they have been told- maybe by a mfg rep.
Even in the cases of docs or resp techs, they may have impressive academic and technical credentials, but they have never slept with a PAP or used a mask all night. Users are the experts her and again info is only on the equipment they have. One is happy, the next is not.
For this reason, such postings are discouraged because there is no way to verify the info on a particular doc or dme.
Perhaps Sandman can better explain this.
