Thank you, thank you for validating my concerns about getting woken up at least 5 times for that stupid chin monitor. Knock on door, light switch thrown on, "Sorry Laurie, I need to check something" rip off the sensor, "Sorry, Laurie", more paste, dig the sensor into my chin again, flip off light and there I lie awake, feeling really angry after the second or third time. I will make an appt. with my PCP and hopefully see him tomorrow - all he did was look at the report (which I have yet to see) and authorize another study without thinking about what might be the possible issues. I refuse to subject myself to this again. I think it is pointless. I think I had maybe 120 minutes of total sleep time within a 6 hour period. Had she not gone back to dig at that chin monitor, she may have collected sufficient data. Do you have any idea what the chin monitor is actually monitoring? Bruxism? Shoot, I'll go buy a generic tooth guard! Thanks for all your help! I did not think to start back at my PCP and discuss the problems with this study. :) Laurie
