I'm currently using the Infinity and have had quite the opposite
experience of Mackie2u. I've previously used all of the InnoMed
masks (NasalAire, NasalAire II, Nasal-Pap Freestyle) as I'm also
committed to the nasal pillows, and I find that
I've had the most comfort and the best seal with the Infinity. In
addition to the part that is inserted into the nostril, the Infinity
has outer "flaps" that seal against the outside of the nostrils that
improve the seal. I also have long hair, and the tiny silicone
rubber head band is much more comfortable than the ones that
come on the InnoMeds.

Perhaps Mackie2u didn't get a good fit. (There are 4 sizes of
nose pieces included with the mask.) I've had a great experience
with it.
