Dear Phooey,
I've been on CPAP for about 14 months, and my little pillow speaker to a clock radio with a jack has been an absolute God-send. My radio will also play one CD, and that is really better because I am in control of content. So much radio programming is sports, country or rock music, with lots of talk and commercials. I set the one hour sleep setting, soft volume, and generally fall asleep immediately. I sometimes awake after 2-3 hours, as you do, but I just reset the radio or CD, and usually go right back to sleep, because it occupies my mind, rather that just lying there thinking. I use Nasal Aire II, and sleep on my stomach or sometimes right side with a small pillow
.
