I usually fall asleep around 10 and often wake up around 3 a.m. If I have ANYTHING on my mind, I'm often awake the rest of the night. I've tried serotonin promoters, but that didn't work well for me. A mild sleeping pill like Lunesta or Lorazapam do work well for me on an occasional basis. Even with waking up, I still get better quality sleep on the CPAP when I do sleep.
