I use the heated hose from Australia (you will have to google for the site) and it helps a grat deal. When I get rainout now, it is because of the difference in temp in the room vs the humidifier. We live in northern CA and the nights are getting down to the low 30s. If I don't keep the house at least 65 degrees, I get moisture in my Breeze connector hose and where the pillows insert.
I'm thinking of wrapping the hose and tip of the mask (where the pillows insert) with moleskin to keep a more even temp going between the two. I heard about that on this website, and haven't yet tried it.
The heated hose has made a real difference in amount of rainout from constant dripping down my face, to a few drops early in the morning. Hope this helps.--dee
