Hello everyone,

I was recently diagnosed with OSA and I'm going for the titration phase next week. I'm actually very excited and eager to get this treatment going.

I wake up in the morning feeling like I've been beaten with a rubber hose. I'm never refreshed and feel like the night was a waste of time. Of course, I know why... I'm never getting any good sleep.

Now that this problem has been diagnosed, it could mean the end of my headaches and overall, I'm getting so excited thinking that I might actually start waking up refreshed. I have no other health problems, I bike/run daily and I don't drink alcohol or smoke. However, my sleep sucks.

Am I crazy to think that this stuff actually works? I would like to hear any success stories out there. How has CPAP changed your life? Thanks in advance.
