Don't overinflate your expectations. I think too many new CPAP user expect too much too fast, and then get dissappointed. I'm probably the rare exception.

Most successfuly CPAP users do use heated humidification. Therefore, it's best to try to get a unit with a built-in or integrated humidifier.
