I have the Breeze nasal pillows, I use the dialators (size large). The only time I get noise is when the air is hitting something external, or if there is a leak in the pillows around my nose. I am currently sleeping in a recliner so the air hole is directed straight out away from me, with no sound.
II do want to mention, I thought the pillows were noisy at first, and then found out it was an inner ear thing going on with me. Once I fixed that, no noise other than as stated above, and in Mimi's reply.
