Definitely, talk with your dr and or DME. A change in masks had me waking in the night with acid reflux and chest pains. Turns out a full face mask was not for me.

Definitely use a heated humidifier. That will help many of your problems.

Try using saline nasal sprays before bed. That loosens up congestion and makes breathing easier. Simply Saline (over the counter) is easy to use and beneficial.

Keep trying-you will figure things out and find the best solution for you.
