I am one of those who experienced some improvement right away but nonetheless continue to struggle with residual problems such as fragmented sleep, little or no deep, restorative sleep, unexplained episodes of excessive daytime sleepiness and various other problems. However, I much prefer dealing with what I have today rather than return to my pre-CPAP days. For me, what I have now is a success story.
