I used to pull over and nap all the time when I drove anywhere, took public transportation for my work commute and slept on the train. Pre CPAP, driving home one night in the dark, I wasn't aware of being particularly sleepy, yet somehow I blacked out for five miles. I'd heard of alcoholic blackouts, but I don't drink. Really shocked me, let me tell you. Guess I have something more to do in life, because to this day, I believe God or the angels or whatever you believe was driving my car those five miles. So I think you're wise to refrain from driving.
