I would suggest going to Dr. Bey's Sleep Disorder Center or the Baptist Hospital Sleep Disorders Center, both in Winston-Salem. They are accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. I know the doctors and staff at each one. They will take care of you quite well.

I manage an accredited sleep disorders center in Raleigh. That would be too far for you to travel.
