air leaks with nasal pillows

I have a Breeze Sleep Gear mask with nasal pillows. Last night I had the darndest time adjusting the pillows for leaks. Can't be that the pillows are used, I've only had the mask for a week. Anybody have similar problems?

BTW Any Canadians in here?
