Nothing special. Mostly it seems that now that I am 53, I have begun to get more health problems and I am disturbed that after being so careful during my life that this should happen. I have been really big on preventative medicine for the last 40 years, studying nutrition, yoga and alternative medicine passionately. But it seems like you work on one piece, and another piece gets away. I am the caretaker of my body, and I feel very responsible if I am not doing a good job. I also tend to do a lot of A leads to B leads to C type of thinking so I am trying to figure out just is going on. I did not go to my doctor with a sleep problem or even a fatigue problem. I just wanted some solutions to how to stay awake driving home from New York in the late evening. Basically I found solutions for this by taking glucose tablets and entrained my mind up with beta wave music during driving. But he sent me for the sleep study and now I cannot ignore the abnormal results. Especially after reading about the possible health problems caused by OSA.
