Thanks Fred, I'll have to pick up a white noise machine and give it a try.

The SNAPP doesn't leak too much, but the leaks it does have make quiet a lot of noise. Air seems to be coming up from around my nose, and I've got a large one (or at least that's what the DME told me when I got it). Is it possible that leaks are having an impact on the effectiveness of the therapy?
