Of course, people with apnea can have other sleep problems as well. I will go through periods when I don't sleep as well, even with a CPAP. In my case it's usually stress that causes the problem. If you're really getting too tired during one of these periods, try a Lunesta or Ambien for a night or two in conjunction with the CPAP. They seem pretty harmless and you will get a good night's sleep.
