I got one from Hammacher Schlimmer (spelling?) and one from Brookstone. I think both were catalogs, and I'm sure other appliance stores sell them. The cost is probably $30 to $50. There are two types: One driven by a small fan that creates a gentle "whooshing" sound. And one that is an electronic-generated sound that gives you options like rain, waves, and white noise, and volume control. I prefer the simple white noise -- the steady whooshing sound -- maybe because when I was a kid we had big ceiling fan in our house that made that noise. They are great for blocking any annoying noises, from CPAPs, the street, or other noises inside where you live (TVs, kids, etc.).
