Why can`t we cure sleep apnea?

Posted by Questforsleep on January 30, 2006 at 05:26:26:

I am suffering on a daily basis. My life is not pleasant because of sleep apnea. Are you like me? I wonder why there is no cure for sleep apnea. I find it hard to believe that our nation(s) which are capable of putting men on the moon and spending billions on wars are not able to find a cure for a simple disease where peoples tongues fall back at night. Perhaps, part of the reason is because we don`t make a lot of noise. Yet, way more people have sleep apnea than AIDS or other diseases, and yet very little is being done. We should organize and engage in way more activism. I bet we could find a cure in short order if we did.
