Don't go jumping to any conclusions. This disorder comes in many different forms and it would be a mistake to self diagnose and listen to any of us who have various problems with sleep apnea. It would seem to me you would want to talk with a professional in sleep disorders/doctor/pulmonologist who will, no doubt have advise to follow.
